ELASTIC COUPLINGS “PUE” SERIES

“PUE” series elastic couplings plates are used in the construction of general machinery.
Great torsion elasticity protects the whole of the machine against vibrations. It cushions strikes absorbing vibrations inside the coupling.
Great angular, transversal and longitudinal elasticity eases the alignment of coupling elements compensating axial and angular differences with the axis.
All union plate parts “PUE” are mechanized in all its faces with no mass unbalance. It also has several assembly possibilities with brake pulley, riggers, splitters, bridge, etc.

PUE” series MUPESA elastic coupling is composed by two plates, manufactured in cast iron GG-25, having each of them an equal number of distance bolts, with the possibility to locate bolts from a different coupling plate, bolts are steel made and set in synthetic rubber bending moment which provide elasticity and silent functioning both ways.

There are 17 types for maximum axis diameters of 20 mm to 400 mm depending on types of “PUE” series MUPESA elastic coupling. From type PUE-65/2R to type PUE-400/2R, it will not be necessary to dismount plates steel pins to change rubber bending moment as all pins come with a quick system to be replaced.
